Bella Thorne Rocks A Creamsicle Dress

So as it turns out, popsicles are actually pretty chic, thanks to Bella Thorne's orange striped dress she wore to the Wildfox fragrance launch in West Hollywood on August 6. The 17-year-old actress and singer totally embraced the summer look in a white and orange wrap dress that was the perfect balance of subtle sexiness. Her best accessory, though? The white parrot resting on her arm, named Casper.

At the event, which was filled with flowers, bottles of the new fragrance, and a parrot, apparently, Bella totally nailed the summer dress, pairing it with a black lace bralette and black strappy sandals. While the dress was more of a classic look, adding the black lace gave it an edginess that she totally completed with the barely-there-strapped shoes. With some arm candy and delicate necklaces, she looked pretty picture perfect. Excuse me while I copy this outfit for tomorrow.

She finished off the easy, relaxed lewk with loose waves and natural make up. Basically, she looks like she just stepped out from the perfect beach day with sun-kissed skin. And just effortlessly threw on this elegant dress. Oh, if we could all look so easily put together. I'm totally loving the playfulness in this dress—it reminds me of my childhood and the ice cream truck rolling by, yet with her accessories, the whole ensemble is grown up.

I definitely have to keep Bella on my style radar, because this look is one I won't forget. I love the matching tie that brings just enough cinch to the waist, avoiding looking like a paper bag.
