Kate Bosworth Proves Turtlenecks Are Cool

by Augusta Statz

There’s one fashionable lady who’s constantly making unexpected clothing items look cool. Kate Bosworth wore a turtleneck and managed to make it look chic. First she kills it in clogs and now turtlenecks? She knows where it’s at when it comes to transitional style, and now she’s got me wanting to amp up my turtleneck-wearing game.

Admittedly, I thought turtlenecks were cool before Bosworth wore one, but now that she’s been seen in one I think it’s acceptable for me to say I like them without fearing judgment. And you should like them, too! They are great for layering, they can be worn in multiple ways and they are perfect for stylishly transitioning into fall. There’s just nothing like a great pair of jeans and a turtleneck as cooler temperatures come rolling in.

Still not convinced? You don’t have to take my word for it. I’ll let Bosworth’s outfit do all of the talking because there’s no arguing with this style icon. Then I will show you five different ways you can wear turtlenecks into fall and beyond, because not only are they fashionable, they’re super versatile, too. I promise — I would never lead you astray in the fashion department, and neither would Bosworth. Just trust me, would you?

Not bad, hey?
