Just in case you were concerned the trend was dying or something, according to E! Online, Kim Kardashian wore a cape dress to a wedding on Sunday. And it's a silhouette that is still just as chic as it's been literally every single time we've seen a celebrity try it. Truth.

Kim and Kanye spent their Labor Day weekend attending their friend, music executive Steve Stoute's, wedding on Sunday in New York, and Kim decided to ignore the fact that it's the last weekend of summer to dive RIGHT into fall fashion. And honestly — I'm not mad about it. The 34-year-old soon-to-be mama wore a black, caped Valentino gown that gave me major Solange flashbacks. (Although hers will probably forever be the fiercest in the land when it comes to cape dresses).

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars black dress showed off her growing baby bump, and her body looked seriously amazing. She kept her accessories simple with just a gold choker necklace, and wore her long hair straight in a severe center part. Overall, it was pretty darn chic, and she looked like some sort of Egyptian goddess. (P.S. — Kanye was most definitely her best accessory).
