7 Reasons Khloé Dressed Her Car In Velvet

by Caitlyn Callegari

In terms of Kardashian favorites, I have and probably always will be partial to Khloé. Not that all of the siblings don’t have their own special qualities, but this particular Kardashian has a certain levity and quirkiness to her that makes her extremely endearing and entertaining. She’s the most down-to-earth, as well. Except for, you know, when Khloé Kardashian dresses her Range Rover in velvet. But, hey, it’s her money to do with as she pleases. Besides, she may have a very good reason for it. Or, a few very good reasons.

How do we know she did this in the first place? Well, the third eldest Kardashian put the evidence on her Instagram, of course. As if that social media savvy family would do anything major without telling us about it first. She captioned the photo saying,

Beast!!!!! @selfmaderyan told me to trust him and he didn't let me down!! Thank you @westcoastcustoms for lacing my range. Yes, he wrapped my truck in velvet and I LOVE it!!! I feel like my car is rocking a Sean John sweat suit.

You know, now that I’m thinking about it, what self-respecting car owner wouldn’t deck their car out in velvet? Here are a few possible reasons as to why Khloé covered her car in velvet.

1. To Match Her On Fitness-Chic Outings

They'll both look real cute together.

2. To Keep It Warm On Those Frigid Los Angeles Nights

Well, as evidenced by this picture, I'm assuming Khloé's house is well air conditioned, and thus, so is the garage.

3. It's Fluffy & Thus Reminiscent Of Her Dog, Gabbana

In the words of Agnes from Despicable Me, "IT'S SO FLUFFY!"

4. She Likes To Keep Things Comfortable

I mean, really. Who wants a car that isn't soft to the touch?

5. She's Supporting Her Brother-In-Law's Fashion Choices

He does have his own clothing line, after all.

6. She's Got A Rug Just Like It

First rule of interior design (I think): Keep all decor, interior and exterior, coordinated.

7. Preparation For Impending Ski Trips, Duh

It'd be so embarrassing for the Rover to show up underdressed.

You see? It makes perfect sense now.
