Recreate Zendaya's Adorable Lip-Print Dress Look

Zendaya is having quite the year, from being a judge on the Miss America Pageant, to becoming the first celebrity ambassador of CHI, to even getting a Barbie made after her (hell yeah!). To honor this historic event, Zendaya wore a lip print dress to the Barbie Rock N Royals event, solidifying herself on my current list of must-follow celebs for their style.

The dress, made by MSGM, cuts right above her knees, showing just enough leg to keep it elegant and fun. The white party dress had a bustier-type top, baring her shoulders and arms, with a skirt that flared out with some pleating by her hips. But the best part about this cute ensemble was the print! Scattered throughout were prints of full red lips.

To pull the whole look together, Zendaya wore pointed red pumps, a few bracelet, and a minimal necklace. Her hair was kept down and wavy, and polished her entire look with, of course, a red lip to match her dress. It was such a simple look with just enough of a fun detail that was perfect for the event. Whoever her stylist is, they're doing it right — Zendaya always looks not only age appropriate, but event appropriate as well.

One of the (many) things I love about Zendaya's style is that it perfectly plays the line of elegant and classy and edgy and fun. Remember her silver slip dress at the Miss America Pageant? Scroll through her Instagram feed and you'll see some of her badass casual looks, too, like army pants paired with tanks, Christian Siriano separates, and some very, very distressed jeans paired with a cropped sweater. One thing's for sure: This girl's not afraid to take some fashion risks. And for that, I admire her.
