All The Looks From 'Variety's Power Of Women Lunch

by Marc Cuenco

There was no shortage of star power during the Variety Power of Women luncheon, which was held today in Beverly Hills. Oprah Winfrey, Salma Hayek Pinault, Gwyneth Paltrow, Anna Kendrick, and YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki were honored for their charitable work and advocacy at the biannual event. All five women also appeared on the cover of the Los Angeles issue of the magazine.

“It’s a beautiful thing to receive an award and to be on the cover of Variety,” Winfrey said. “But the true reward comes from the lives you have been able to touch and you know that you have impacted.” The media mogul was being honored for her work with the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation. One of the guests at the luncheon was a student from Winfrey's school in South Africa. Kendrick, the youngest honoree this year for her work with the Trevor Project, acknowledged how millennials are expressing themselves is an instrument for cultural change.

“If you’ve spent any time on social media, you’ve probably seen there’s this sexual revolution happening,” Kendrick said. “And it’s beautiful and it’s fun and it’s exciting, and it gives me hope that this generation is onto something.” Earlier this year, Variety New York's Power of Women issue honored a different group of powerful individuals making a difference in other people's lives. That list included Whoopi Goldberg, Glenn Close, Lena Dunham, Rachel Weisz, and Kim Kardashian. Still, there's something about having Oprah Winfrey in your squad that just makes it extra special.

The Variety Power of Women luncheon celebrated the work of inspirational and talented women, but the honorees and attendees also looked quite stylish. Here are all the outfits from today's star-studded event:

Anna Kendrick

The fun and youthful vibe of Kendrick's ruffled Paule Ka top and skirt with jeweled belt suits her perfectly.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow rocked a long-sleeved white dress designed by Lady Gaga's stylist and close friend Brandon Maxwell.

Reese Witherspoon

The Oscar winner looked elegant in a pale pink dress with black tassels all over it, paired with strappy heels.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

The statuesque beauty went for an asymmetrical black dress with pockets.

Jaime King

The new mom looked lovely in a two-tone pink frock.

Ashley Tisdale

The combination of the neutral top and wide-legged pants really highlights Tisdale's red hair, which she recently had done.

Salma Hayek Pinault

Hayek channeled classic Hollywood with a canary yellow dress and bold red lips.

Oprah Winfrey

Last, but not least... Queen O looking as regal as ever.
