She's one of the hottest, most talked about 18-year-olds in the country, and most folks who don't want to be her still seem to want to spend all their time talking about her. With Halloween just around the corner, a plus size Kylie Jenner costume is definitely in order.

Despite all the headlines and media amplified pseudo-scandals, I dig Kylie Jenner. I think she makes a lot of weird decisions, but perhaps those can be mostly chalked up to her age. Then again, the woman is worth $5 million, owns a home, and has a variety of endorsement contracts, so she's far from the silly teen that many taglines make her out to be. I can't speak to her character or accurately surmise what might be going on inside of the head of someone who can truthfully say the sentence, "Kris Jenner is my mom," but I genuinely dig her public persona, especially her style.
