What Will Justin Bieber Sing On The MTV EMAs?

by Jennifer Still

I'll admit it: I was never really a Justin Bieber fan. I mean, I kind of was back around the time of his first album, but only in secret since he was about 14 and I was a grown woman who could never admit jamming out to "Somebody To Love" at top volume while cleaning my kitchen. When he started going through his "growing pains" that many child celebrities end up going through, he completely and utterly lost my interest in every sense, but all that has changed. With the release of songs like "Where Are U Now" and "What Do You Mean," I'm completely and utterly back on the Bieber bandwagon and can't wait for the release of his new album in November. Because of my new-found (re-found?) love for the Biebs, I was really excited to hear that Bieber will perform at the 2015 MTV European Music Awards on Sunday, October 25. The question is, what is he going to sing?

Bieber's performance at the MTV EMAs, which will broadcast from the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, is the perfect teaser for the release of Purpose on November 13, and it also gives him an opportunity to get fans even more excited for the album (as if they're not excited enough already). He's got plenty of recent tracks to choose from when it comes to which song he'll perform, especially since his new single with Skrillex, "Sorry", comes out on Friday, giving him yet another option. Maybe he'll even do a medley! Regardless of what he ends up singing, Bieber is certainly hyped for the show, as he shared on his Facebook page:

"I’m excited to share this performance and this new material with my fans around the world. The EMAs are always a blast. I’m glad to be back and it’s going to be fun."

I'm sure it will be! And Bieber isn't the only performer that will tear up the stage in Italy on Sunday night. The likes of Pharrell, Ed Sheeran, Jess Glynne, Tori Kelly, Ellie Goulding, Jason Derulo and more will also sing their hits. Not only that, but Hailey Baldwin will be presenting the awards alongside UK rapper Tinie Tempah, and Sheeran will be taking on co-hosting duties with none other than Orange is the New Black's Ruby Rose. Sounds like an amazing show, right?

If you want to get in on the fun, you can vote for all categories on the show until October 24 by going to mtvema.com. You might not be able to attend the show in person (or even watch them on American TV for a while), but you can still support your faves, and you totally should.
