How To Get A Free Taco Bell A.M. Crunchwrap

by Jessica Learish

Listen up, fans of Taco Bell's zesty hexagonal breakfast fare — you could be in for a treat, but only if you're paying attention to the MLB's championship World Series. Taco Bell will give away free A.M. Crunchwraps if anyone steals a base in the World Series, as a part of its Steal A Base, Steal A Breakfast campaign. If you didn't care about baseball before, you do now.

The World Series is a best-of-seven championship series that will decide where baseball's everlasting bragging rights for the year 2015 will be bestowed. Literally, if your team wins a World Series in any given year during your lifetime, you can brag about that moment until you die. In that sense, the World Series is unmatched in its significance.

But which team ultimately becomes the victor of the World Series is not the concern of Taco Bell-ievers. It doesn't even matter how many home runs get hit. The only thing standing in the way of you and your free A.M. Crunchwrap is one little stolen base. Without getting too technical, the Royals and the Blue Jays both steal a ton of bases. The Mets don't... like ever. So, if the Royals make the World Series, center fielder Lorenzo Cain is your man. If the Blue Jays pull off the comeback, keep your eyes on center fielder Kevin Pillar.

It will look a bit like this.

If any base is stolen in the first two games, you can cash in on your free breakfast on Nov. 5. If a base is stolen in any other game in the World Series, Crunchwraps will be distributed on Nov. 10. Free Crunchwraps are limited to one per-person, and unfortunately do not multiply with each additional stolen base.

So tune into baseball's biggest dance on Oct. 27 — or I guess you could just check the box score after each game, but where's the fun in that?
