It seems a bit counterintuitive, but this winter, the one look you have to try is the sleeveless jacket trend that makes a serious nod to menswear. There's a reason Solange, Dakota Johnson, and Julia Roberts have all been rocking the tuxedo-esque trend: It's incredibly chic.
