That Time Kate Moss Wore An Incredible Suit

by Melanie Richtman

Kate Moss can make anything look cool, which is probably why she is one of the most beloved supermodels of our day. On Nov. 13, she proved her style chops once again when leaving London's trendy Sexy Fish restaurant wearing a menswear-inspired ensemble. Kate Moss wore a black suit paired with a blue polka dot blouse and, of course, looked absolutely stunning while doing it.

The supermodel and style icon wore a pair of black trousers and a black velvet jacket (which made her suit even cooler, since it ended up combining various on-trend textures. She added a blue polka dot blouse with a few buttons undone, no doubt incorporating a bit of sexiness to the look. Moss finished things off with a thin black scarf, staying true to her rock star style. The model clearly has a way with all elements of the sartorial world.

IMO, Moss is owning this menswear-inspired look, reminding us that there is no reason to limit ourselves to "masculine" or "feminine" clothing based on our gender. Plus, she's got that little bit of rock 'n' roll edge that ties it all together even more. Menswear looks are seemingly becoming more and more popular on the red carpet, and when presented with an outfit like this, it's easy to see why.

Moss isn't the only celeb who knows a thing or two about making suits look rad, though. Here are a few other celebs who have made menswear-inspired ensembles our new must-haves.

1. Kylie Jenner

Why wear a dress when you can be chic and minimalist in a short suit like Zendaya?

5. Selena Gomez

6. Cara Delevingne

Model and actress Delevingne has kinda made menswear-inspired suits her thing, wearing them on red carpets around the world.

Here's hoping 2016 continues to see gender-bending flawlessness in the fashion world.
