Scott Asks Kourtney For Help With Rehab On 'KUWTK'

by Nicole Pomarico

It seemed pretty obvious going into this season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that a lot of the new episodes were going to focus on Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's breakup, but I had a feeling Scott would be MIA for most of this, given that the stories that came out at the time made it seem like he was no longer in Kourtney's life. But now that the show is back, it seems like that's definitely not the case. On Sunday's new episode, Scott came home to Kourtney's house before heading to rehab, and he didn't exactly find forgiveness there.

And Kourtney didn't fill anyone in about it, either. In fact, nobody knew that Scott was home until Kim was eating breakfast and Scott appeared in the kitchen, looking for food. As Kourt explained later, Scott came home because he was trying to get into a rehab facility but a private room wasn't yet available, and he didn't trust himself to be alone at his place. So he stayed in the guest house, and Kourtney ended up learning a pretty valuable lesson about being unable to help him through such a difficult part of his life. As she said herself: "No matter what I do or don't do, he'll make anything into an excuse."

It wasn't long before Khloe heard from Scott, after he'd been dodging her texts. I'd always wondered what would become of the Khloe/Scott friendship in the wake of his split with Kourt, because they'd always been so close. And then, Kris decided to have lunch with him after clearing it with Kourtney — who wasn't too thrilled about it — and even though she tried to be a mediator, it just kind of backfired.

Like Kim said, it's important to the family to make sure he's OK because he's the father of Kourtney's children, and for that reason, they'll always have a relationship with him. But if he's stressing Kourtney out, it's obvious that the relationship just isn't going to work — for now at least.

I understand why they need to be apart, but that doesn't mean I'm not still crying about their split. I just want everyone to be happy!
