2015 Was The Best Year To Be A 'Full House' Fan

There is no arguing that 2015 was a powerful year for the world of television. Not only were we introduced to brand new breakout shows like Empire and Jessica Jones, but we were also gifted with the revival of many beloved classics, one of which includes the Full House spinoff, Fuller House . Ever since Netflix announced that it was moving forward with a 13-episode pick-up of this treasured '90s sitcom, Full House nostalgia has been sweeping the nation. Just like the original series' catchy theme song says, "everywhere you look" the Fuller House cast — which includes the likes of Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, John Stamos, Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, and many, many more — are either posting or announcing yet another facet of the spinoff we have to look forward to upon the show's Feb. 26 premiere.

I guess what I'm really trying to say here is that being a Full House fan in 2015 proved to pretty much be the best thing ever. In fact, due to the powers of social media, it's probably been even more rewarding to be a fan nowadays than it was back during the show's initial run. (Though why you would ever not be a Full House fan is beyond me.) But the point is, if there was ever a time to reconnect with your Full House obsession, this year definitely provided you with all the reasons you needed to rediscover the Tanner love.

1. The Spinoff Announcement

Obviously this is what really kicked our nostalgia into overdrive. And the fact that pretty much everyone from the old gang is returning in some capacity has been the cherry atop this delicious sundae of '90s nostalgia. Oh-oh-oh-oh, it feels so good to be back.

2. The Set Photos

Not only did we get confirmation that the Full House cast had reunited for the new series, but we also saw the physical evidence firsthand thanks to the power of Twitter and Instagram. Several of the stars have been great about posting behind-the-scene photos and group selfies to get fans even more pumped for all the good times they have in store.

3. The Hilarious Dubsmash Videos

Seriously, these are so great and I will never stop watching them.

4. The Group Hangouts

Like the fact that John Stamos celebrated his birthday poolside with a majority of the Full House crew, proving once and for all that these actors love each other just as much off-screen as they do on-screen.

5. Stamos' Strong #TBT Game

You just know Uncle Jesse would be so proud of this prom hair.

6. All The Uncle Jesse & Aunt Becky Feels

These two were the original OTP.

7. The Mini-Reunions On Grandfathered

Even though the gang will already reunite on Netflix, that didn't stop Stamos from having his two best buds Bob Saget and Dave Coulier (aka Danny Tanner and Joey Gladstone) stop by his latest series for a few cameo appearances. Cut. It. Out. This is just too amazing!

8. The Fuller House Trailer

Where do I even begin with this? The familiar set, the sentimental (and very appropriate) song, the adorable canine descendant of a certain golden retriever — this promo hit all of us on a very emotional level and welcomed us home with open arms.

9. The "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" Promo

We've all missed those Stephanie Tanner dance moves, and adding DJ and Kimmy into the mix was a very welcome added bonus. Here's hoping that 2016 is another banner year for Full House fans.
