Then, go ahead and order up your favorite scoop, and feel good about the money you are saving in the final hours of 2015 (although, keep in mind that waffle cones and other add-ons will cost you extra). Whether you have a party to go to later, or you plan on just spending the rest of the night parked on your couch, throwing cheap ice cream into the mix is pretty much the best way to ensure you have the most amazing New Year's Eve of all time.
