Well, another Bravolebrity might soon have her wedding featured on TV. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Demetria McKinney is engaged to Roger Bobb. On Tuesday, the singer announced the happy news via social media along with a photo of herself wearing a very sparkly diamond ring. "It's true!," she wrote on Instagram. "I'm no longer #RogerBobb girlfriend! We are #engaged! Thank u to all who rooted for and supported us!"
For some time now, producer Bobb's name has been uttered throughout episodes of RHOA. He's even made several appearances and been part of a lot of Housewives drama. Fans of the reality series may recall that one time Kandi Burruss had a "sex party," where a friend of Burruss' told McKinney Bobb cheated on her, after McKinney gushed about dating Bobb for around eight years. Burruss' friend Gocha Hawkins claimed, "I dated him too. Not last November, but the November before that. I found out about you because you were in Vegas with him. He told me that you were just his artist."
At that moment, McKinney said to Cynthia Bailey, "I'm almost positive she's lying." She then added after Bailey asked her if she'd ever seen Hawkins before, "I do not know her, but I know him." This definitely caused quite the drama and shock factor, but it obviously didn't stop McKinney from continuing to date Bobb. I mean, here they are engaged and ready to walk down the aisle.
McKinney is receiving all kinds of love on social media for her big news, including a congratulatory tweet from Atlanta Housewife Kenya Moore, who wrote, "Congrats to @demimckinney and #rogerbobb for their engagement! He put a ring on it!"
