Prince George Goes To School In Style

It’s back to school time for the royals. Prince George attended his first day of school wearing an adorable outfit, of course. Prince William and Kate Middleton, proud parents that they are, couldn’t help but mark the special day by posting pictures to social media. Lucky for us, they’re a little more normal than you might think (and can't help but share online) because these pictures mean that the rest of us can share in the little guy’s big day, too. And I’m almost moved to tears by how utterly cute he is on his first day of nursery school. *Sniffles* They just grow up so fast, you know?

Heading off to Westacre Montessori School the little chap donned a navy barn jacket with plaid lining and suede accents, including the most darling elbow pads for his tiny elbows. His jacket and light blue backpack are all you can see in the pictures, but I think it’s safe to assume he’s wearing shorts and high socks to complete his look. The Editor-In-Chief of Majesty magazine told People, “Boys wear short trousers until they are 8,” and I mean, the high socks are a no brainer because they’re part of his signature style, you know?
