How Millennials Are Schooling Donald Trump — VIDEO

By now, nearly every American is probably aware that Donald Trump's campaign slogan is "Make America great again." However, over the course of his campaign, Trump has proven time and again that his policies and beliefs would likely do the opposite of make America great. In response to Trump's misguided and self-aggrandizing promise, real Americans are offering ideas of their own. In a new video made by Bustle, millennials share how they would make America great again, and judging by their answers, each and every one of them is more fit to be president of the United States than Donald Trump.

Since announcing his presidential run last June, Trump has been on a veritable rampage of bad ideas. First, it was immigration, which he's said he would resolve by building a wall along the U.S.-Mexican border, deporting 11 million undocumented workers, and ending birthright citizenship. Then he made utterly despicable sexist remarks about Megyn Kelly after she questioned his position on women, and followed the disgusting comments by boasting that he would be "the best for women" if he were president.

Then there was the now-infamous proposal to ban all Muslims from entering the United States "until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on." He had also said he wouldn't rule out tracking Muslim-Americans in a database and forcing them to wear identification to indicate their religion, smacking very closely of Hitler's fascist policies for Nazi Germany. In other words, Trump offered a bunch of ideas on how to make America truly terrible.

Since Trump is clearly struggling in his self-appointed mission, some everyday Americans have stepped in to offer some much more productive ways to make the country better. In a collection of man-on-the-street interviews, Bustle asked real-life millennials, "How would you make America great again?" Here's what they said.

One woman tapped into a very important issue, reproductive rights, which many Republican candidates are trying to curb by defunding Planned Parenthood. Taking away crucial health services for women would definitely not make the country great, as she clearly understood.

Another issue one woman touched on was the massive student loan debt that America's young people are currently drowning in — $1.2 trillion, to be exact. Like Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton, she prioritized implementing solutions to reduce this debt, because allowing more students to obtain higher education can only help the country. Our nation's young people will shape our future, and are one of our most valuable investments.

Other ideas touched on homelessness, immigration, and infrastructure, but it was the woman at the end of the video who may have had the best idea yet.
