Rihanna x Puma Creepers on eBay Are Pretty Pricy

Another shoe, specifically a snazzy and stylin' sneaker, has achieved cult status. Rihanna's Puma Creepers are coveted and normally come with a $120 price tag. However, the Rihanna x Puma Creepers are totally sold out on the brand's site and it's not clear if and when the men's and women's shoes will be restocked. Still, you can shop for Rihanna Creepers via third party sites and do so at your own risk; since you are not buying directly from the brand or official retailers, it ups the possibility of counterfeits. That said, you can find legit Rihanna x Puma Creepers on eBay. How much will they set you back?

Well, there are over 200 pairs of the sneaks currently available on eBay. There are Creepers in all of the color ways, which are navy, white, pink, and black. But they are not cheap and there is quite a bit of mark up, with bids starting out as low as $140 and as high as $300. Obviously, bids tend to increase as an auction winds down, so there is a chance the prices can soar even higher.

The Creepers are Puma's answer to Adidas' Yeezy Boost 350s and they are the shoe world’s version of the Kylie Lip Kit. That is, they are hotly coveted, hard to get, and priced rather high via third party sites.

If you can't live without RiRi's Creepers, then I suggest you troll eBay carefully. Do your homework to make sure the shoes are authentic before placing your bid. Check seller feedback.

eBay is not in the business of ripping off customers, but there are predatory sellers out there. So put the the time and effort into confirming that the Rihanna x Puma Creepers are the real deal.

While I think the Yeezy Boosts are a bit snoozy and leave something to be desired, I actually love Rih’s Creepers. They are a bit dressier and a tad more punk rock than a typical sneaker and they are sturdy and shapely.

Even Lena Dunham rocked a pair. See how cute they are with a dress! Ack! This is so frustrating. I want a pair so bad.

I hate going to the Puma site and seeing this!

So many celeb collabos — the Creepers, the Yeezy Boosts, and the Kylie Lip Kits— are so hard to come by. I get that it elevates interest and buzz when a coveted product is constantly sold out and keeping these pieces just out of reach allows them to attain a level of mystique. They become consumer unicorns — things we want but can't really have.

But this hyperfocus on marketing buzz really frustrates the customer. All of these brands are backed by serious cash, so it's not like they can't mass produce so supply meets the demand.

Fare well in your eBay searches, my friends!
