One Step Hair Styles For Straight Hair

by Ashley Berg

Having straight hair can seem like the best thing in the world if you weren't born with it. However, those dreams of tangle-free brushing and super shiny locks are not always reality. All you ladies out there with pin straight hair probably know what I'm talking about. I'm more used to seeing a lack of volume and limp strands in the mirror than anything else. Unless you're committed to that ultra '70s look (stick straight hair with a middle part), it can get boring real fast. Lucky for all you straight-haired ladies out there, I've collected a few super simple one-step hairstyles just for your straight hair.

OK, some of these styles require slightly more than one step, but they're still ridiculously simple. If you have pin straight hair, trying to get an interesting look can be a bit frustrating after awhile. I swear that every time I attempt a fancy 'do my stick straight strands slide right out of any bobby pins I try to use. If you can relate, these easy hairstyles below are sure to cure all your troubles.

Just be sure to prep hair with some texturizing spray or dry shampoo to give your locks some grip before attempting any of these looks. These products give limp hair more volume and keep your look in place all day. Talk about multi-tasking!
