Justin Bieber's Leopard Jacket Is So '90s

by Kali Borovic

Channeling his inner boy bander, Justin Bieber wore a leopard jacket at the Grammy Awards for his two-song performance. His numbers were a mix of pop and classical music (with the edition of some violins) and his outfit was a mix of old and new. It seems like his style is constantly changing, so something tells me there won't be a lot more animal print in the future, but it was good while it lasted.

What's more old school-meets-classic than leopard print? Leather pants. And Bieber had them both! He started his performance in a backwards hat, animal print jacket, and that new tiny little mustache that made me think that I travelled back in time to the early '00s. He then took his jacket off during his second song to reveal a black tank top and some seriously ripped arms. If you can't imagine that, then you're not alone. I wouldn't have believe it, either, if I hadn't seen it for myself.

His first outfit of the night was also a throwback — to his first ever Grammys look. He arrived at the red carpet already having won an award for the Best Dance Recording for "Where R Ü Now," with his little brother by his side. Between the two ensembles, his second was definitely the stand-out of the night.

It's quite the jacket, if I do say so myself.

This might just be the future of bomber jackets. Or maybe the past?
