This Retailer Is Selling Black Yeezy Boost 350s

Here we go again, sneaker fans! Kanye West's Yeezy Boost 350s will be available for a limited time on Friday, Feb. 19 at 8AM EST and 5AM PST. But this version of the Boost 350s is different. It's the Pirate Black edition and the kicks are bound to sell out quickly. I expect many of you, even the early birds, to end up trolling eBay or other third party sources once these babies sell out. Because they will. That said, if you are brave and want to attempt to grab a pair, you have a retail option. Where can you get Yeezey Boost 350s? Actually, you can find them at the mall. But with a pretty significant and complicated twist.

PacSun will sell Yeezy Boost 350s in black, according to several social media posts by the brand. But you can't just waltz into a store, which is also home to a Kendall and Kylie Jenner clothing line, request your size, try them on, and purchase. You can't try and snatch a box out of the hands of a fellow shopper, either.

Instead, you have to head to your local PacSun outpost, provided it is participating and before closing time on Feb. 17, and enter a raffle in which you can earn the chance to purchase. The details are laid out in an Instagram post, embedded below.

In essence, it's like getting a lottery ticket where the prize is reserving the option to buy. Convoluted? A bit. They aren't making it easy, that's for sure. But Yeezy Boost 350s have proven to be fashion unicorns and demand is high.

In the PacSun subscriber email I received, the chain was quick to acknowledge the unique Yeezy Boost situation. The retailer even noted that it cannot guarantee anything. The disclaimer from the email reads as follows: "This is a special release with unique circumstances, high demand, and limited supply. There is a strictly enforced limit of only one pair per order and only one order per customer while supplies last. If you exceed this restriction, all of your orders will be cancelled. Because of these special circumstances, PacSun cannot guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. Any orders that are fulfilled will be on a first-come, first-served basis."

So, you can try and get your Yeezy boosts if you are geographically lucky. But you may very well end up out of luck. Or the sneaker gods could end up looking you out.

The following stores (also listed in the above Instagram) are offering the chance to enter the raffle... for the chance to purchase. Who knew a pair of sneakers could be such a matter of, well, chance?!
