With the weather looking real good this past week on the east coast (like, in the 70s), I can't help but get ahead of myself in planning out my entire spring wardrobe. The biggest investment I'm making? The peekaboo shoulder trend, which is just as sexy as the off the shoulder look, with an extra bit of warmth. This season, it's not about legs. It's about your beautiful shoulders.

After a winter of random snowstorms, ice cold days, and unbearable wind, it's finally time to show off some skin.
