It's another makeup innovation courtesy of Too Faced Cosmetics. While we anxiously await the TBD Kat Von D x Too Faced collaboration and the April 5 launch of the Too Faced Melted Matte lipsticks, there is a new product on the immediate horizon. Too Faced's Better Than Sex Mascara is now waterproof and that fact is bound to thrill makeupistas. You can apply and be worry-free about activities like laughing, crying, laughing so hard that you cry, or even sweating. The "classic" Better Than Sex is one of my favorite mascaras, since it lengthens and darkens my lashes dramatically. Now that it's waterproof, I can rock it any day, any time, any season, and during any occasion. So, when, exactly is Too Faced's waterproof Better Than Sex mascara available?
The wait time is minimal, Too Face fanatics, as the new edition goes on sale on the Too Faced site on March 17. That's this coming Thursday, people! Go ahead and program a reminder in your phone calendar so you don't forget to shop. You can celebrate St. Patrick's Day by grabbing a tube of waterproof Better Than Sex.

UPDATE: Too Faced reps confirmed that waterproof Better Than Sex will be sold at Sephora and Ulta, in addition to the Too Faced site.
The waterproof version is also $23 and it comes packaged in a pretty, mint green tube, whereas the original edition comes in a powder pink one.
Why is the Better Than Sex mascara so beloved in the first place? Well, the brush boasts an hourglass shape and it pairs perfectly with the collagen-infused formula. You can opt for one, two, or three coats for thick, full, defined, and curled lashes. Now your lashes are waterproof, yo!
