Joe Giudice Is Super Positive About Prison

Now that Teresa Giudice is home from prison (she was released on Dec. 23, 2015 after serving almost 12 months), it is time for her husband Joe Giudice to serve his 41-month sentence for fraud charges. According to E! Online, Joe heads to prison on March 23, which is right around the corner, so he has to be somewhat nervous about spending almost four years behind bars and away from his family, right? Yeah, not so much, or at least that's what the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told People. It turns out Joe Giudice is feeling super positive about prison.

"It's not a big deal," Giudice said about soon beginning his sentence. "They tell me that the low security and the camp there are almost the same so it's no big deal." He added, "It's a military camp is what it is. It's not a high security, and anybody that's in there is basically people that have already served a lot of time basically working their years to get out. So once you are there if you screw up there, then you go back to high security."

Well, that's one way to look at living in a correctional institute for quite awhile. But I guess it's a good thing he's staying so positive, because there's nothing Joe can do about the situation. In the end, he has no choice, so why not go in holding your head high.

Joe also said he's looking forward to the prison serving as a type of rehab for him, since he's been drinking more than usual recently. "I'm looking at it like rehabilitation for me," he said. "I am not going to be able to drink for a while, which is good because I don't even know when it's been since I haven't had a drink. It's been a long time. Definitely the whole year I definitely drank every day a couple bottles at night just to go to bed."

In October 2014, both Teresa and Joe received their prison sentences for fraud. The judge ruled that they would serve back-to-back sentences for the sake of their four daughters, Gia, Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.

As you can see in the above photos, it looks like Joe's been spending his remaining days home with his family. I'm sure they are also helping him stay positive about everything, which just goes to show you nothing can keep the Giudices down.
