Seth Meyers Is A Dad For The First Time!

Well, it's official: A brand new baby has entered the world, and he has a really funny dad. On Sunday, Seth Meyers and wife Alexi Ashe welcomed their first child, a baby boy, according to People. And unfortunately, that's all the details that are available about their little one. So far, the parents haven't chosen to share his name or his photo just yet, but the magazine confirms that Meyers will be sharing more info on Tuesday night's edition of Late Night. And from everything Meyers has said in the recent past, it's safe to say that he and Ashe are very excited to finally enter parenthood.

Back in November, Meyers announced Ashe's pregnancy during the Natural History Museum Gala, where they were surrounded by friends and Meyers' costars. At the time, the couple was said to be "beaming" over their news — duh, babies are exciting! Their announcement came just a little over two years after they tied the knot in a Martha's Vineyard wedding in September 2013, and after seeing Meyers on Saturday Night Live and Late Night, it's a given that his kiddo has a long future of dad jokes ahead of him.
