Forget about emphasizing your figure for a season or two. Fall's new waistline is a lot less body-defining than our skinny jeggings and a lot moodier than our pin-up girl high-waisted trousers. These pants fall low on the hips and remain baggy the rest of the way down. They give the illusion of hanging off sharp hipbones, but don't emphasize much else about the body. And it's definitely a Look. Would you wear it?
