Daisy's Calling Up Her New Team On 'S.H.I.E.L.D.'

All that Inhuman recruiting is finally going to pay off. After Tuesday's episode, Hydra has the team surrounded, and Daisy has to assemble the Secret Warriors on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. , finally, in order to save the day. That means that Joey and Elena are back!

For most of the episode, Daisy and Lincoln were on a mission to retrieve a Kree artifact from a spare Afterlife potential Inhuman (just your average business trip) who was living off the grid. He was less than nice, and suffice to say, this guy did not receive an invitation to join the enhanced squad. He did however reveal some unsavory details from Lincoln's past. If it weren't for the Inhumans, Lincoln would have killed his ex-girlfriend while driving drunk. That's unpleasant and a little bit frightening. However, Daisy (and I) will have to process this new information after the rescue mission. The Secret Warriors are going to have to go up against Hive, who incidentally shares a face with Daisy's last dangerous boyfriend.

Both Joey Gutierrez and Elena "Yo-Yo" Rodriguez have expressed their doubts about being on such a team, so we'll see how this works out. Is there anyone else Daisy's calling that I may have missed? I wouldn't mind the return of Carl Creel — he was a good asset in his latest appearance.

It's going to be so cool to see everyone working together with their powers. However, excitement aside, don't think I missed the part where Daisy is convinced that she saw a member of the team die in the future. Which team, though? The S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents or the Secret Warriors? This is all too stressful. Next Tuesday's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is titled "The Team," and the double meaning there is making me feel all the feelings.
