A MAC & Good Luck Trolls Collab Is Coming

Have you been wondering when your inner seven-year-old self can grab MAC's new Good Luck Trolls Collection? Did you even know that #MACGoodLuckTrolls was going to be a thing? Neither did I! I don't know why we have decidedly come to relive every single part of my early childhood in the past year, but here we are. This collection is set to be released online July 28, and will be available at select MAC locations on August 4.

The collection leaves no stone unturned. The theme is rainbow troll hair, and no product or color goes untouched by the mischevious hands at MAC. There are nine different products in the collection that each come in several shades. The lipstick runs for $18 and is featured in satin and matte shades like, and I kid you not, "Sushi Kiss," "Dance Off Pants Off," and "Midnight Troll." The lipglass will cost you $16 and includes "Twerkquoise," "Bubble Butt," and "Glitter Grunge."

Heading up the face, eye shadows run for $17 and include "Suns Out, Buns Out" mustard yellow, "Black Tied" black, and "Silly Vanilly" white. The collection's pigment is a frosted chartreuse green, the glitter is a fuschia shade, the $23 reflective glitter comes in teal and violet, and the $27 beauty powder comes in "Glow Rida" and "Play it Proper." It's really just a party on your face; you'll be totally ready for any impromptu roller skating disco parties a la Beyoncé's "Blow" music video.

Lastly, the collection will include a 187SH Duo Fibre Face Brush for $43, and two shades of "Chroma Craze" nail polish for $20 each.

MAC gave makeup lovers a preview on Instagram, but it will be exciting to see what more the brand does with a Good Luck Troll inspired theme. MAC senior VP and Group Creative Director James Gager said in a statement to StyleCaster, "The Good Luck Trolls have evoked love and joy since the 1960s. We are so happy we can put the spotlight on them again. MAC Cosmetics celebrates pop culture and fantasy – and brings these enchanting characters to life – through this eclectic, bright-hued collection."
