Prince George Met The President And Michelle Obama

by Jenny Hollander

Hey, you know those plans you have for Friday night — a bathrobe, fluffy slippers, a hot soak in the tub, the works? Yeah: Five ahead in England, Prince George is way ahead of you. On Friday, Prince George met Obama and the First Lady in painfully adorable photos released via Kensington Palace's Twitter account. The Obamas and George's royal parents are dressed up, of course, but George himself is straight-up chilling on his Friday night, and he ain't dressing up for no "President."

In the first photo, little George is shaking the hand of President Obama with a look on his face that pretty much says, "Is this why I got to stay up late?" In the second, he's riding a toy horse gifted to him by the Obamas years ago, while his parents, Prince Harry, and the Obamas look on, with his mom holding his hand (you wouldn't want to fall off that thing).

George's parents and uncle Harry are hosting a special dinner for the President and First Lady Friday night. According to People, his little sister Charlotte would have met the duo as well, but it was past her bedtime.

After George went to bed, the five sat down for drinks before dinner.

It's been a hell of a week for the little prince. Earlier this week, he was featured on a stamp for the first time.

Considering the kid probably doesn't have Snapchat, he probably also saw his first-ever face swap.

And on Friday, he helped celebrate his grandmother's 90th birthday. At 90, the Queen is the longest-reigning monarch in British history.

It's been a long week for the 3-year-old. No wonder he was desperate to put on his pajamas and get into his robe Friday night. Let's face it, aren't you?
