Will Drake’s 'VIEWS' Be On TIDAL?

by Mary Grace Garis

After what seems like a millennia, Drake is finally releasing VIEWS on April 29, and you're probably eager to get that all up in your streaming service. In fact, if you've been subscribing to TIDAL, you're probably wondering if Drake's VIEWS will be on TIDAL. And, in case of emergency, will the album formerly known as Views From The 6 be on your secondary streaming service of preference?

Well, first let's start with the basics. Drake's VIEWS will be available exclusively on Apple Music for one whole week, and by "exclusively," I mean "definitely not available on TIDAL immediately." Likewise, it means it also won't be on Spotify immediately, or any other streaming service I can't think of the name of right now. Just Apple Music. So, with that settled, how do you move forward with listening to the album April 29 if you don't already have Apple Music?

Well, here's the good news. If you don't already have a subscription to Apple Music, you can start up a free three-month trial membership, and boom — instant access to Drake's VIEWS on the day it's released. Done and done!

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you want a sneak peak of the album: Drake is officially debuting VIEWS on his Beats 1 radio show OVOSOUND on Thursday at 10 p.m. ET. If nothing else, you can look forward to that.

Finally, the most important thing to keep in mind is that VIEWS is only going to be exclusively on Apple Music for that one week. Afterwards, it's totally plausible that it'll be dispersed to all of your other streaming services — it just might take a while. Happy listening!
