Jessica Lange's Tonys Outfit Is Flawless

YASSSS. The queen has officially arrived. Jessica Lange hit the 2016 Tonys red carpet wearing a long, shining, cobalt gown on Sunday, and everyone lost their GD mind. Lange is nominated for Best Performance By An Actress In A Leading Role In A Play for her part as Mary Tyrone in Long Day's Journey Into Night. And a lot of people are pretty sure she'll win — not that anyone would be surprised, considering what a freaking powerhouse actor she is.

Lately, we've been seeing Lange in a lot of sophisticated black frocks, so it was extra delightful to see her rocking a statement piece on Sunday. Lange let her gorgeous gown completely take center stage, pairing the royal blue frock with very minimal accessories. Oh, and can we talk about that hair? She is literally flawless.

Twitter took no time at all to start freaking out about the arrival of one of the industry's most legendary actresses. While Lange already has two Oscars, three Emmys, and five Golden Globes, the award for Best Performance By An Actress would be her first Tony if she wins. So it makes sense that she'd wear a literal jaw dropper to the ceremony.
