Check Out Allison Williams' Suit At The 2016 Tonys

by Eliza Florendo

You may know Allison Williams as Marnie Michaels on Girls, whose style is primarily made of conservative classics, but IRL, Allison Williams isn't afraid to take risks. And Sunday night was no exception — Allison Williams attended the 2016 Tonys in an all-white jumpsuit that was pretty much perfect, especially for the spring and summer season. This has got to be one of my favorite looks of the evening.

While Williams has a bit of Marnie in her wardrobe (you'll find classic button downs, sweaters, and A-line dresses), she does mix it up a bit more in her personal life. You can often find her on the red carpet wearing gorgeous gowns, and at press events wearing matching separates, structured dresses, and midi dresses. All in all, whether she's caught by the paparazzi on the street in her everyday life or attending an event, she always looks clean, polished, and modern. I don't think there's ever been a time that I haven't been into one of her looks.

Can we please talk about her Met Gala 2013 look? I'll never forget those sheer cutouts and that all-sheer bottom that turned the vixen way up in her whole look. This is what Williams excels in — taking interesting fashion risks that totally work for her.

On Sunday night, she killed it yet again, wearing a DKNY white jumpsuit, which she paired with black platforms and a grey clutch. To top her whole look off, she went with a deep side part, long hair straight, and a smoky eye.

While I do love Williams' past red carpet gowns, this may be one of my favorite looks from her. It's clean, it's classic, and it's modern, all of which embody her sense of style. Plus, imagine how comfortable she must be? This year, it's all about the jumpsuit instead of the gown. And I'm all about this chic upgrade.
