George W. Bush Has A Great Response To Kanye's Vid

In news that will surprise absolutely no one, Kanye West's "Famous" is stirring up controversy... again. This time not for the lyrics, but for the music video. Considering the 10-minute video features a slew of naked celebs and politicians (or their lookalikes, at least) laying in the same bed, it makes sense that people would react with either outrage or awe for his artistry. People even joked about those featured in the video suing the singer. But it turns out a former president has a better sense of humor than anyone expected. George W. Bush's rep talked about "Famous" to TMZ and the response will make you LOL. The statement said,

In case there was any doubt ... that is not President Bush. He is in much better shape.

Bush now joins the list of other celebrities who have confirmed it's not them in the video. Although honestly, who thought it was actually them? Still, I appreciate that Bush's rep makes a joke that he's in much better shape. It makes an awkward situation a little bit lighter, instead of getting angry. On Saturday, West tweeted and deleted a post that said, "Can somebody sue me already #I'llwait." Maybe he deleted the post because he misused a hashtag? Regardless, it looks like Bush won't be on the list of famous people who decide to sue. Also, based on West's reaction, it's almost like he wants people to be mad at him.

While I'm glad Bush took the time to acknowledge the video, I kind of wish he also responded to Kim Kardashian's recent GQ interview. According to the writer, Kardashian reportedly referred to Bush as "a cute little president." She also said the Bush family gave a nice baby gift. I guess that means he's on decent terms with the Kardashian-Wests, hence the hilarious response to "Famous."

Now it's only a matter of time before Swift and her team respond to the video, right? Something tells me they may not react as positively as Bush.
