Here's How Long Amazon Prime Day Really Lasts

by Kali Borovic

If you're wondering when Amazon Prime Day is, then you have it all wrong. While the unofficial holiday is all about one day of jam-packed, back-to-back deals, it's a whole lot more than that. I hope you have your wallet on hand, because Amazon Prime Day has technically already begun. Don't worry though, I'm about to break down everything that you need to know about how long the deals really last.

Before you get super confused, Amazon Prime Day is one day of the year where the company offers major price slashes to all of Prime members. Think an exclusive Black Friday meets Cyber Monday without the holiday rush. On July 12, the site will be launching deals every hour on the hour for an entire day. Hence the Amazon Prime Day title. If you do the math, that's 24 rounds of fun.

That's not the only time to shop though. Amazon has created even more ways to save as the big day approaches as well. From July 5 to July 11, Prime users can also shop a handful of smaller deals. It's like the pre-party for the huge day of savings. Although the deals aren't quite as major as the ones on actual Prime Day, they are definitely still worth a browse.

Although the sales are all hidden until the hour that they launch, I recommend sitting by your computer so you don't miss out.
