Lucy Hale Embraces This Feature While Makeup Free

by Augusta Statz

Mornings are rough, no matter who you are. And it’s so refreshing when our favorite celebs acknowledge that, too. Because sometimes it’s good to know that those puffy eyes and tired faces don’t just belong to us, you know? Lucy Hale posed without makeup and embraced her early morning under eye bags, and pretty much made my life.

She posted her makeup-free selfie to Twitter, and the first thing I thought when I saw the photo was “I feel you, girl.” I mean, really. We can all totally relate to that. Instead of hiding her tired eyes or making excuses for them, Hale totally owned her look, and you’ve got to love that. Everyone could stand to embrace themselves a little more, after all. And TBH, she looked amazing, major “woke up like this” feels and all.

Dark circles are no joke. And since Hale’s definitely not the only one who experiences droopy under eyes after a late night, let’s shop some of the best products for making our eyes really stand out, shall we? With your eyes looking this bright and gorgeous, no one will notice how tired you are! Dark circles happen to the best of us, you know? And when they do, you just gotta own it!

Hale's working the barely awake look, and I love her for it.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner, $22, Sephora

Scuplting Stix in Illuminati, $5, ColourPop Cosmetics

Adding a little highlight to the inner corners of your eye will give you a bright eye look that just won't quit.

A lightweight concealer won't cover you up in a way that detracts from your natural beauty or leaves you feeling like you caked on makeup. You don't have to hide, girl!

Your under eye area is what it is, and there's nothing wrong with that! These products will help you appreciate your early morning look even more.
