You Have To See Gina Rodriguez As A Blonde

by May Sofi

Hollywood's newest hair chameleon has changed up her hair yet again. Gina Rodriguez dyed her hair blonde, and the new hue makes her look like a completely different person. The actress is the latest celebs to lighten up her locks for summer, following the example of stars like Selena Gomez, Kristen Stewart, and Lana Del Rey.

The 31-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to debut her new 'do, with an adorable selfie captioned, "I mean I did have fun as a brunette..." So if you're wondering what sparked this sudden mane change, I guess she is testing out the theory that blondes have more fun, which she seems to be calling out as a misconception.

The photo revealed a caramel-blonde shade that gradually gets lighter from her dark brown roots towards the tips of her strands. For someone who has been brunette all her life, I must say, the sandy-colored style suits her remarkably well.

Rodriguez has become pretty adventurous in the hair department as of late. She shocked everyone when she chopped off her mermaid-length hair and opted for a lob haircut with completely buzzed sides. Now she is giving blonde hair a go, and I can't wait to see what she does next.

Take a look at the new hair color.

She looks equally as amazing as both a blonde and a brunette.

In the spirit of exciting hair change-ups let's check out some of the different styles she has rocked.

1. Super Long & Sleek

3. Ombré

She makes want to bring ombré back in my own hair.

4. Light Brown

This shade is super unique.

5. Short & Buzzed

Definitely her boldest look yet.

6. Subtle Highlights

It may not be full-on ombré, but the subtle tints play up her dark color really well.
