Miley & Liam Are Still Going Strong

by Nicole Pomarico

In a world where so many celebrity relationships end in disaster and heartbreak, some are still making it work, and one of them just happens to be my favorite. Since Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth first reunited at the beginning of 2016, I've been rooting for them to last this time, and it definitely looks like they're stronger as a couple than ever. On Sunday night, Cyrus shared a photo of Hemsworth on Instagram for the first time since they've gotten back together, and yes, it's every bit as adorable as you'd imagine. And even better? It seems to be yet another piece of evidence that they're going to go the distance.

In the pic, Hemsworth is lounging on an outdoor sofa with his dog, wearing sunglasses and generally looking attractive as usual. He also happens to be wearing a shirt from Cyrus' line, Happy Hippie, which the post is meant to promote. The comments on the photo are mostly composed of exclamation points and heart eyed emojis, which is an accurate representation of exactly how I felt when I scrolled past this pic on my Instagram feed. But in the end, it's the caption — "so much love in one pic" — that really gets me.

It's obviously a big deal that Cyrus is opening up this part of her life to the public, especially since both of them have seemed very cautiously optimistic about being together again. They've been spotted out and about by the paparazzi, but they haven't talked about each other much, and this post is a first in their renewed love story. The question still remains about whether or not they're engaged again or just taking it slow, but this photo is an awesome indicator of where their future is headed. If Cyrus' new Vegemite tattoo didn't convince you of that, this ought to do the trick.

Plus, how sweet is it that Hemsworth is supporting Cyrus' business ventures like this? Having each other's back is so important, and even more so when both people involved are in so much spotlight. I know their relationship has failed in the past, but this time, I can definitely see it working. Here's hoping this is just the beginning of a ton of adorable social media posts about each other, preferably with more dogs in them.

This year is crazy, and the world can be a pretty messed up place. But if you need a break from the news and want to look at something cute, these two are it. Please stay together forever, guys. I am counting on you!
