The 'ANTM' Reboot Judges Have Been Announced

by Kristie Rohwedder

America’s next top judging panel has been announced. On Thursday, USA TODAY revealed who has been picked to be on the reboot of Tyra Banks’s modeling competition reality series: Model Ashley Graham, Paper magazine chief creative officer Drew Elliott, and celebrity stylist Law Roach will be judges on America’s Next Top Model Season 23. And while the supermodel/TV personality/author will continue to executive produce the show, she will pass the anchor torch to someone new: As Entertainment Tonight reported earlier this month, pop singer/former The Voice UK coach/Christian Grey’s sister Rita Ora will be the new ANTM host.

Yes, for the first time in 20+ seasons, someone else will tell aspiring models to pack their knives, leave the chateau, and auf Wiedersehen (oops, all of the reality competition show elimination catchphrases have blended together and I can't unblend them). The twenty-third cycle of ANTM will premiere on VH1 later this year.

All of this news leaves me with one question and one question only. It’s a ridiculously obvious question, but it’s also a ridiculously important question: Can Rita Ora smize? Because as far as I'm concerned, leading smizing tutorials is an integral part of running the ANTM ship. *Googles “Rita Ora smize.”* Well, well, well. Look at what we have here. Ms. Ora's no stranger to smiling with her eyes— what a relief! I suppose I can wait until the season airs to find out if she knows how to booty tooch and pot ledom (don't want to spoil too much).
