Don't Ever Ask About The 'Most Elegant Princess'

by Lia Beck

Don't expect things to go over smoothly if you ask Bieber about "the most elegant princess in the world." Reportedly, Justin Bieber stormed out of a deposition Thursday when a lawyer brought up Selena Gomez. Bieber was being questioned in regards to a lawsuit filed by a photographer in June 2013. The photographer, Jeffrey Binion, claims that Bieber told his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, to attack him and steal his memory card. In addition, Binion says Hesny threatened him with a gun. Binion claims he isn't a paparazzo, and regardless of whether or not that's true, this is a serious situation and at least one person here was in the wrong. And it's possible Bieber, Hesny, and Binion all screwed up.

(By the way, if the name Hugo Hesny sounds familiar — and if it does, you are really keeping a close eye on your Bieber dramz — this is the same bodyguard who was arrested on Feb. 26 for stealing another photographer's camera.)

What the memory card theft and assault case has to do with Selena Gomez, I have no idea, and it sounds like Justin Bieber feels the same way. According to TMZ, a lawyer began questioning Bieber about whether or not Selena Gomez was there or at any other fights with photographers and Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, objected but the lawyer kept pressing Bieber. Eventually, Bieber and Weitzman got up and left with Bieber allegedly saying, "Don't ask me about her, do not ask me about her!"

I would think the lawyers would already know by now if Gomez was present for the incident. Maybe the lawyer really was trying to get a rise out of Bieber that way he would look more unstable in the deposition.

If that is the case, Bieber helped out on that front upon his return. Bieber is reported to have answered "yeah" instead of "yes" to a question and when called out on it replied, "What the f*** is the difference between yeah and yes?!" He also is said to have responded to other questions saying, "What is this, "60 Minutes?" and "OK Katie Couric, what's your question again?"

It sounds like Bieber was predictably immature during the questioning, but he might have had a point that talking about Selena Gomez was irrelevant. The problem is, his opinion is irrelevant because it's a freakin' court deposition and you just have to answer the questions calmly and get out of there. Bieber's never been one to keep his feelings to himself though:
