Harry Potter Cosplayers Won 'The TODAY Show'

Proving that Potterheads will always rise to a challenge, Harry Potter cosplayers won The TODAY Show on Thursday. TODAY announced the costume contest one week in advance, and the turnout seems to have been huge, naturally.

In addition to showing off their costuming chops, the Harry Potter cosplayers also won big prizes. Two grand prize winners received a copy of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and two tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The first 250 entrants received copies of the seven original Harry Potter installments.

The winners were Moaning Myrtle, A.K.A. Anna, and Lord Voldemort, A.K.A. Taylor. Anna came to the TODAY plaza sporting a toilet seat, which she just managed to save from a dumpster-bound destiny during a recent move. Taylor's boyfriend — who came dressed as a Quidditch-playing Harry — went all-out to design his nose-free Voldemort makeup, beginning at 1 A.M.

A special shout-out for Best Nose Attachment must go out to the two House Elves at the front left of TODAY's video. One attached her long olfactory organ with a Band-Aid on her forehead, and the other taped hers to her dashing Buddy Holly glasses.

Check out Anna and Taylor's reactions to winning TODAY's Harry Potter costume contest below, and see if they don't make you say, "Me AF."
