Matthew Morrison Picks Up the Mic

The artist also known as Mr. Shue paid tribute to Monteith like a true Glee cast member — Matthew Morrison dedicated a song to the late actor. Performing at 54 Below in New York City Sunday, the actor labeled Monteith a "brother," and sang "What I Did For Love," which was featured on Season 2 of Glee. Morrison said it was "awkward" to perform following the news, but "you guys came to see a show, I came to perform a show, so that's what we'll do. And we'll do it in Cory's honor."

Makeshift Memorial

Fans of Monteith's in Vancouver have set up a memorial for the actor outside of the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel, where the actor was found dead Saturday. Among the notes written for the late actor was this touching tribute from a fan: "Cory, you were such an amazing musician, actor and most importantly a great person. I had the pleasure of meeting you and will never forget it. I'll never forget Finn Hudson, the awkward 'jock' who was kind to everyone on the hit show Glee. You touched so many lives through your work & we thank you. You will be greatly missed but you'll always be remembered. We love you. Thoughts and prayers go out to Cory's friends, family and fans."
