Lee Norris joins 'Girl Meets World': 90's Sitcom Characters We Love To Hate

Well folks, it was just announced that a very special someone is returning to our screens to join the Girl Meets World cast. That's right, Lee Norris is reprising his role of the smart talking, brown nosing, insufferable Minkus. Ugh, we can just hear Cory and Shawn shuddering with utter disdain. This got us thinking though, there are so very many 90's sitcom foils we'd love to see back on the small screen.

Steve Urkel

And no, not the suave and debonair version, Stefan. We want Urkel in all of his high water, suspender tethered pants glory. Maybe Laura never wanted him, but we miss him annoying the Winslows, and all of Chicago for that matter. We can almost hear him now– “Did I do that?!”

Kimmy Gibbler

Her head is where mullets went to die. Now we know that she may have pissed off the entirety of the Full House clan, by inviting herself over constantly and getting in the middle of everyone’s business, oh and for dating that idiot Dwayne, but she always put Stephanie in her place and we admired that.

On a cuter note, Andrea Barber (Kimmy’s real name) and Candace Cameron Bure (DJ) are still real life besties. Aww.

We only have three words for this: GO HOME, ROGER!

Janice Litman

OH. MY. GAWD.

Her raucous New York accent and penchant for not knowing when she definitely wasn’t wanted was why we loved the clingy character of Janice so very much.

We also hope that you haven’t forgotten that she was indirectly responsible for CHANDLAH going to Yemen.

Also, that perm.
