Sarah Ramos Filmed A 'Gilmore Girls' Revival Scene

It was as if Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life couldn't get any better, but then Sarah Ramos reveals she's in the Gilmore Girls revival. Yes, Parenthood fans, you read that correctly. Ramos filmed a scene for the revival thanks to her former co-star Lauren Graham. While chatting with Bustle about her new short film Fluffy (which she stars in, wrote, and directed), Ramos says that not only does she stay in contact with the Parenthood cast, but because they are all so close, she scored front and center seats to the one TV reunion that has everybody talking.

"I see them a fair amount, but everyone is super busy," she says about whether she stays in contact with everyone from Parenthood. Then, she adds, "I visited Lauren Graham on the set of Gilmore Girls, which is so exciting."

How lucky is she? Not only did she visit her TV aunt (who really is the greatest), but she filmed a scene. Unfortunately, she doesn't have lines, but she is in the background in one of the scenes, which takes places in Stars Hollow's square. "I’m near the gazebo in one scene, but I don’t know if you’ll see me." Based on Ramos' Instagram below, I think it's safe to say that she loves Gilmore Girls just as much as the rest of us. So, yeah, she's excited about being a part of it.

Despite not having any lines or playing a prominent character, it's still exciting to know that she's part of the new Gilmore Girls episodes. Her scene still counts as a mini-Parenthood reunion, too. Ramos stayed extremely tight-lipped about the episode she'll be in and any other scoop, but wouldn't it be fantastic if she's in the same episode as Mae Whitman? That's something all Parenthood fans would appreciate. To see Sarah Braverman (Graham), Haddie Braverman (Ramos), and Amber Holt (Whitman) in the same exact Gilmore Girls episode sure would be spectacular — and also might make fans cry a little bit.

Now, all we have to do is patiently wait to see if that actually happens. Until then, feel free to celebrate appropriately knowing that not only is Ramos in the GG revival, but that the Parenthood cast is still as tight as ever.
