Rob's Friends Meet Chyna On 'Rob & Chyna'

Since the announcement of their relationship (and engagement... and pregnancy) came as a total shock earlier this year, it's pretty obvious Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna haven't had a very conventional dating experience. A prime example: they're planning a wedding and having a baby together, but Chyna hasn't even met any of Rob's closest friends. But on Sunday night's episode, that's all about to change. Chyna, Rob, and his friends get together on Rob & Chyna , and it was the perfect opportunity for Rob to see how much his friends care about him.

If you've been watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians from the beginning like I have, you know before Rob's weight gain he was a pretty social guy. Not only was he always out with his fam, but he had a tight group of friends, too. Obviously, Rob has been pretty shy lately, and he was insecure about getting together with the guys who knew him as he used to be for the first time in a long time. But Scott Disick decided to take matters into his own hands, and planned to get everybody in the same place for a reunion... much to Rob's dismay. So sweet of Scott, but definitely not what Rob wanted, and I totally understand why. I mean, having your (kind of) brother-in-law arrange your playdates for you is a little embarrassing.

After turning to Kourtney for advice, he decided to just go through with it and get it over with. He held a barbecue at his house and all his friends came over. They chilled, ate dinner, and drank beer, and all in all, it was a pretty low pressure night. You know, with Kourtney and Scott watching from another table across the pool as the adult supervision, which was weird and cute at the same time. After dinner, Chyna came out and met his friends, and they were all really sweet to her. It was a total success, even though Rob was so nervous about it.

It was a good chance for Rob to see that his friends definitely still want him around — one of them enough to text him all the time, even though Rob never replies. I'm hoping that this is a sign that things will get easier for Rob. Everything's easier with good friends, and Rob is lucky to have his!
