Kendall's First Instagram Post After Kim's Robbery

In the days following Kim Kardashian's armed robbery, her family members haven't been saying much. Considering something so traumatic just happened, it makes sense that they aren't tweeting a ton or posting a bunch of Instagrams. After all, Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room by two men posing as police officers. Her rep said, "She is badly shaken but physically unharmed." On Thursday morning, Kendall Jenner broke her social media silence, but no, not in the way you'd expect. Jenner didn't make any comment about Kardashian at all.

So, what did she post? On Instagram, Jenner shared a photo of herself laughing, while wearing giant glasses in a red furry coat. She looks sort of like that Looney Toons character Gossamer. (Google it, the resemblance is uncanny!) But it's actually a $15,500 heart-shaped coat from Saint Laurent, according to People. She captioned the photo, "low key look." The image is entirely unrelated to Kardashian's recent attack and that's perfectly fine. If anything, her response shows she's moving forward and doesn't feel the need to let people know more than they already do.

More importantly, Jenner already made it clear she supported her sister when she left Paris Fashion Week on Monday. She flew home to be with her family soon after the news broke. That action says more than an Instagram caption ever could. Plus, I bet she's sharing her words of love and support with Kardashian directly, not the rest of the world on social media.

While Jenner's post is carefree, Caitlyn Jenner shared a picture of Kardashian on Instagram on Tuesday. She wrote, "Love my girl! After hearing the full story, I'm so thankful she's okay. It's a reminder for us all to be careful in the uncertainty of this world." That message is short, sweet, and to the point. And even Kourtney Kardashian's first tweet after the attack is seemingly connected, since she posted a Bible verse.

Even though Jenner didn't stop everything to write a message to her sister, it doesn't mean any less. Everyone has different reactions to such a horrific event and by continuing to move forward and post goofy Instagrams, she's coping in the best way for her. Like I said before, I have no doubt that KJ has been there for her sister. An Instagram photo in a furry red coat doesn't change that.
