Kris Jenner Gives An Update On Kim Kardashian

Family is what's most important right now to the Kardashian-Jenner family. While chatting with E! News Tuesday, Kris Jenner gave an update on Kim Kardashian and how she is doing after being robbed at gunpoint in France. As fans probably expected, she is relying on family to help her during what I can only imagine is a difficult time. "It's a process," Jenner said. "One day at a time. It's just a process. What can I say?"

Right now, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said her 35-year-old daughter is happy to be home and spending time with family, especially her two kids, North and Saint West. After being asked what Jenner is doing as a mother to help Kardashian, she said, "You do what a mom does and you gather around and you make sure that she feels loved and safe." She added, "She's home and that's all that matters. She wants to be with her kids and family. It's just family first." It definitely sounds like family is what's most important to her right now (like it always is) and they are the ones who are acting as her pillar of strength.

Jenner also added that she herself is living life differently now. "You start looking at the world a little bit differently, because when you have a daughter at home who's struggling because of something horrific and tragic that happened, you start looking around a little bit differently." The momager added, "So, I think that this is a wake up call for not only our family, but just for anybody in a similar position. You just have to make sure that you do what you're supposed to do — keep it tight."

Similar to Jenner's response, during an October appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Khloé Kardashian opened up about her sister, "I mean, she’s not doing that well. I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together. And we do appreciate all of your guys' love and support and it will take time. You know, it was horrible what happened to her."

She also touched on the same sentiment as her mom about how the robbery is impacting their entire family. "Well, I think it’s just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments," she told Ellen DeGeneres. "But this is a really serious matter for Kim, I think, that’s really personal as to when... that emotional terror you could move on from that. I think for us it’s all a wake up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister is OK ... Like I said, we’re a family we’ll do this together. I think it is important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit, I think is always smart."

It's really no surprise that the Kardashian-Jenner family is sticking together and will always have each other's backs no matter what.
