15 Hillary Clinton Quotes To Share On Facebook

Facebook, once a place to show photos of babies and that drunken night out with your best friends, has evolved into a platform for political posts. With stress levels over the 2016 election being a record high, according to a recent Reuters report, it might even make sense to use Facebook as an outlet, as if it’s helping our nerves, as opposed to triggering them. But it’s actually just adding to our stress.

"We must realize that using social media as a platform to be heard is likely to drastically harm your mood,” Dr. Gregory Kushnick, psychologist and founder of Techealthiest.com, tells Bustle. “Your Facebook feed cannot be the election battlefield. The best way to channel a powerful desire to have your opinions about the elections heard is to find an outlet that doesn't involve a posting war. Channel your need to have your opinions heard into productive advocacy with like-minded voters."

In other words, finding more anti-Donald Trump stuff to post all over social media, is doing you more harm than good. But since it’s an election year and it’s all any of us can think about and your need to post things on Facebook might be getting the best of you, I’m going to help you out. In the interest of taking the high road and “productive advocacy,” as Dr. Kushnick suggests, here are 15 quotes from Secretary Clinton to inspire and thrill — without starting a posting war.
