Finn Wittrock May Play A Familiar 'AHS' Character

by Lindsey Kupfer

We’re over halfway finished with the Season 6 of American Horror Story, but it kind of feels like the show is just beginning. Last week it revealed the major twist on AHS: Roanoke, and fans still trying to figure out what’s real actually going on. One thing viewers do know is that there are characters the show hasn't introduced yet. Ryan Murphy confirmed that Finn Wittrock is returning to American Horror Story, but refused to say who he would be playing. There are a slew of people he could be, but Murphy was vague about it, telling E!, that Wittrock will be the “most f*cked-up character of all time.” Murphy also added, “He was like, ‘This is so crazy that I don't know that I can do it, but I'll do it.’” OK, creepy much?

The twist revealed that the fictional show's producers are making Return to Roanoke, a reality show following My Roanoke Nightmare, which sends Matt, Shelby and Lee back into the house alongside their actor counterparts. Fans started learning about who the “actors” really are last week and what happened to the Millers after the show finished filming. Things are all kinds of messed up now, and everyone's hanging out at the Roanoke house during a blood moon. Not super smart if you ask me, but OK. Viewers have yet to meet the real ghosts/colonists, and I think there will be a couple of surprises when they finally do. Let’s look at who Wittrock could possibly be playing.

Edward Phillipe Mott

Who better to play Edward Phillipe Mott than Dandy Mott himself? The most likely scenario is that Wittrock will play the real ghost of the character Evan Peters played in the reenactment. Considering he played Dandy in Freakshow, it makes total sense that he would come back as his distant relative.

Ambrose White

I assume the real ghost of Ambrose White aka The Butcher's son, isn't Wes Bentley, but you know who looks like Wes? Wittrock kind of does. There's a chance that Wittrock will take on the role of Ambrose's real ghost.

A Crew Member

If you haven't been able to tell already from the gruesome cast member death we saw last week, no one really has a chance at survival at Roanoke. Wittrock could be one of the crew members that comes in to videotape them.

One Of The Polks

Are we really done with them? It seems unlikely. Could it be possible that Wittrock plays a member of the Polk family? He might be too attractive for the role, but it's still a possibility.

Pig Man

Fans still don't know who's under that mask. I'm waiting for a big reveal.

Cricket

What if Cricket doesn't look like anything we thought he did? If he died on the premises like we watched in the reenactment, then his ghost should still be chilling on the Roanoke grounds.

Hopefully we'll find out soon!
