Urban Decays Latest NAKEDS Are For Your Nails

Urban Decay really, really wants its Beauty Junkies to go commando. The latest addition to the brand's now-iconic and signature NAKED range? Oh, just the Urban Decay NAKED Nail Color collection. The lacquers take inspo from the brand's extensive NAKED collection, which includes eyeshadow palettes, highlighters, lip gloss, and more in neutral, wearable, and complimentary hues. They are anything but basic. The UD NAKED Nail Color collection is comprised of eight limited edition shades which cost $10 a piece. Where can you buy the Urban Decay NAKED nail polishes?

These NAKED nail lacquers are specifically inspired by the NAKED 2, NAKED Basics, and the recently arrived NAKED Ultimate Basics palettes. The shades are legit, insanely wearable, and available exclusively via the Urban Decay site, along with the brand's freestanding stores. They won't be restocked, either. The brand encourages nail fiends to grab 'em quick, because "once they’re gone, they’re gone for good!" That makes their status seriously limited edish.

While the colors are bomb AF and the formula is chip-resistant with a high-gloss finish, my fave thing about the polishes is the cap, which has a skull with roses for eyes on the top. I mean, how collectible! I'm all about the subversive details.

That skull cap, though! It's true perfection.

Speaking of details, according to the product description, the brush has 400 strands, which will allow you or your nail technician to deliver a clean, precise, and controlled layer of color to your digits.

Here is the breakdown of the shades — if you use the new NAKED Ultimate Basics palette, which I do, you'll notice some of the polishes share their name with some of the eyeshadows.

Neutrals and NAKEDs are never boring with UD.

Commando is a taupe brown. Extra Bitter is a deep, burnt orange, while Instinct is a pink taupe and Lethal is a reddish brown. Magnet is a smoky grey, Tease is a light brown, Walk of Shame is a light nude, and YDK is a champagne with shimmer.
