Starbucks Is Bringing Back A Halloween Fave Today

Good news, fellow coffee addicts: now you can have your coffee and get ~spoopy~, too. Starbucks is bringing back the Frappula Frappuccino to celebrate Halloween, and it is, yet again, the ultimate accessory no matter how terrifying of a costume you decide to wear to work on a Monday. Yes, that's right, a Monday — I mean, really, Halloween 2016? It is evident that the only way you are going to survive your commute of zombies and Kylo Rens and Harley Quinns is by clutching on to this creep-tastic caffeinated beverage for dear life.

In case your tastebuds have forgotten the majesty of this frightful drink, let me refresh your memory: first, the foundation is made of a layer of mocha sauce with a dollop of whipped cream. The drink itself is a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, then layered on top with strawberry puree drizzled around the rim and topped with more whipped cream. It's hard to believe something that looks so oddly gory can also be this delicious, but hey, I guess that's what life is like for real life vampires all the time, huh? Gotta #respect the vampiric hustle.

Of course, you better make sure that hustle is a fast one — the drink is only available in 2016 from Oct. 27 through Oct. 31.

But WAIT — the spook parade doesn't have to end there. Not only can you live out your modern Millennial Dracula dreams, but you can also celebrate with Starbucks' Mummy Cake Pop — which I can personally attest to the deliciousness of, as I have been biting off their heads on the streets of New York all October long. (Sorry not sorry, ghoulish fam.)

And just in case you need a soundtrack to your annual "No Bones" dance competition, Starbucks has also launched a Halloween playlist on Spotify to get everyone in the spooky spirit. And if you really want to go all out? Dress up like Starbucks for Halloween! It's arguably much cozier than dressing up like Elsa, because let's be real, the cold did bother you anyway.

In the meantime, don't forget to pick up your Starbucks Frappula Frappuccino on or before Halloween — and don't worry. The PSL will still be there in November, and I'm sure he'll forgive you for straying, if only for a few days.
